Jim Stevens

Wheatridge resident Jim Stevens had been creating art for over 30 years when in 1993 an old war injury, thought to be benign, left him legally
blind. From then life became a series of re-discoveries and new methods. Among the latter is an art form he calls polymorphs, for which Stevens layers thousands of strands of monofilament to stunning effect.
