AVs, Camp Evans (unsteady). Pan from Marine M-48 tank to soldiers of the 1st Air Cavalry Division. This is a joint Marine, Army operation. Soldiers pour water from 5 gallon cans. Soldier washes and shaves. Marine tanks and soldiers move out across field. VS, Marine M-48 tanks and soldiers crossing grassy rice paddy. 81mm mortar rounds and M-16 ammo being prepared for demolition. Vietcong bunkers are going to be blown up. UH-1Ds land in a cloud of dust. UH-1D takes off. Air-to-air. UH-1Ds in flight. CH-47 flies off with damaged UH-1D in sling. Damage is from rocket attack on Camp Evans. Damaged UH-1D in revetment. Tail section of copter on ground. VS, damaged helicopters (portion is out of focus).
