Maria Garcia is a support and job coast with LARC (Lee County Remarkable Citizens Association). She worked closely with Tristan Byrd to find, train and maintain employment at Home Depot. LARC builds relationships with local business to place people with disabilities.

WGCU produced short videos about people with disabilities in Southwest Florida who are overcoming the barriers to accessibility and inclusion. This project is part of a national Move to Include initiative funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
