In his 26 years in Baton Rouge, Emanuel 'Boo' Milton has lived many lives. As a rapper, radio host and community activist, his journey is one of self-discovery, transformation and giving back. The pandemic sparked a creative force in Milton, which took his career even deeper into the community, education and then back into the studio.
