Dr. John Rugge: Dr. Rugge retired just last fall after 47 years of practice as a (GP) general practitioner in Chestertown & Warrenburg, New York. He is also the founder of Hudson Headwaters, which now operates 21 health centers throughout the Adirondacks. Dr. Rugge talks about the network of health centers he founded, that now cares for more than 100-thousand patients across the Adirondacks.
