All Project Pages include a main asset that is either a piece of video or audio content. We accept all video and audio file formats, but the higher resolution, the better. We recommend that you follow our technical guidelines. After uploading the main asset (“Content”), the user will then be required to supply metadata and rights information, as well as a video thumbnail and necessary production and/or underwriter credits information. The user can then submit additional video, audio or document assets. These Additional Assets can include materials, such as a transcript and closed captioning files, to be used to facilitate exploitation of the Content, or materials, such as promos, press releases, b-roll, stills and other images, and excerpts to be used for promotions (“Promo”).
