Drowning is the number one cause of death for children ages 1 to 4 nationwide. The World Health Organization states that drowning is the world’s most preventable health issue. Targeting caregivers of children ages 1 to 6, this spot is upbeat with positive rap-style music videos, with a recurring chorus about being water smart.
