Description
When it comes to intergenerational connections, one college campus has gone all in. New York’s (SUNY) Purchase College is home to a new retirement community on 40 acres of campus grounds, the first of its kind in the nation. Broadview at Purchase College was launched in the fall of 2023 with about 200 residential units ranging from apartments to villas. Residents can attend classes and cultural events offered by the college and students benefit too with mixers and mentoring opportunities.
